Helford Blue is a full fat, soft, pale, creamy textured, artisan blue cheese full of flavour and highly prized nationally. It has an edible, colourful, greyish blue rind and a varied blue vein. It has a 5 week shelf-life, but is enjoyed by some, the more mature it becomes. Found on many top end restauraunt cheeseboards it has recieved gold awards from both the World Cheese and British Cheese Awards.
It is a pasturised cheese made using vegitarian rennet, and is available in cut pieces of approximately 250g
